For participants, who are
unwilling to published but presenting and discussing at the conference, you can
submit an abstract and for presentation only. The abstract will not be published
but included in the conference schedule only.

To ensure the publication, submission will be Peer Reviewed. After
submission, the paper will be sent to technical members and other scholars in
the same field to review.

- English is the official language of the conference
- For one full paper, minimum 4 full pages, maximum 12 pages, over 6 pages
will be charged.
- All academic papers will be submitted to the technical committee for
double-blind peer review according to the reviewing policies of IEIM. After
the reviewing, accepted papers will be invited to be presented either
on-site or online, and will be published in the conference proceedings.
- Papers must fully comply with the conference format.

Plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic
misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of
plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken
- Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final
publications.
- Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated
institution(s)
- Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of
academic ethics and research funding agency
- Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the
article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of
misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”.
